For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked in community mental health and as a consultant in a group private practice, and found that the insurance demands have been obstacles in providing optimal care. I waste my and my clients’ time fighting insurance to make sure they get benefits owed to them, time that I could spend with my clients.

For my private practice, I don’t want to work under the shackles of insurance, authorizations for treatment, paperwork and billing codes that get in the way of delivering the best care. I’d rather focus and spend my time and energy on what’s important, which is you and your family.

When we do a free discovery call, I will discuss all of the details of working with me, including rates. I only discuss working with me on a deeper level if I’m 100% confident that I can help you and that it’s an ideal fit. The discovery call is free, so there’s no charge until we connect and confirm that it’s a great fit.

Note: all sessions incorporate both therapy and medication/supplement management.

At this time, I don’t take insurance, and payment is through credit card. However, if you have out-of-network insurance, they may reimburse based on their policy and your deductible. At no cost to you, your claims will be automatically sent to your insurance via Reimbursify. On the app, you can check the status of your claims.
